DOCBOAT - the winner is...

The international jury: Martichka Bozhilova (producer), Barbara Orlicz-Szczypuła (head of the program office of the Krakow Film Festival), Igor Blaževič (the director of One World film festival in Prague), Roman Kurkiewicz (journalist) i Andrzej Titkow (film director), in a democratic way chose the winner of the on-line documentary film festival – DOCBOAT / WARSAW NONFICTION E-FEST.

The British documentarist and the 5 thousand Euro prize, sponsored by the City of Warsaw. His feature documentary film is a Japanese love story. The film is an in-depth portrait of life in the world's second richest country. It was filmed in 2008.

Tuesday (29 Sept. 19:00) on the barge next to the Świętokrzyski bridge will be a screening of “Japan: A Story of Love and Hate”.

DOCBOAT festival is a part of Transformations Art Festival by the Vistula.
